Medication Therapy Management
MassMedLine is excited to provide Medication Therapy Management Services
(MTMS). MTMS is a comprehensive review of all your medications.
MassMedLine is staffed with MTMS certified pharmacists. We take the
time to review all your medications including prescriptions, over-the-counter,
herbals, and supplements. This review includes appropriate medication
use, possible drug interactions, drug duplications, and lower cost alternatives
when appropriate. Once the medication review is complete you will receive
a Personal Medication Record and a Pharmacists Recommendation Form. When
necessary we will plan for a follow-up review to make certain that your
medications are appropriate and effective.
